BEWARE...Roadrunner Delivery Service is the rudess company I have had the displeasure of working with. We are an Interior Design Firm in Los Angeles and we deal with a lot of delivery companies. We were trying to make arrangements for a clients item to be delivered. The company does not take credit cards and payment must be received prior to delivery. Fine...we sent out a check and the response from Surina was...and I quote: ""I forgot to include the storage fee with my previous fax"" - which means we had to send a check out for $6.00 more. So we did...now they called today and refused to deliver the item (for tomorrow) because the $6.00 check did not arrive today. I assured them the check was sent and they should have it tomorrow. Star (THE OWNER) responsed that they will not deliver the item until the $6.00 check was received. Star's finest moment occurred when she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! So now we have to send out another check for $1.20 for two more days storage and then they will deliver the item on Friday (if they receive that check!). HOW DOES THIS COMPANY STAY IN BUSINESS...by holding delivery items hostage over a couple dollars. This is the first time we have dealt with this company...we have complained to the showroom where we bought the furniture from and we will never use this delivery service again. I strongly advise using another company - check your ego Star!!
