The pizza was great, the cheesecake was even better. The wait wasn't bad. I chuckle every time about the 50ish minute window when you go Grub Hub but hey better to under-promise than under-perform...my only complaint was I ordered a Squirt and they delivered a Sprite? I have never eaten at this restaurant before and have never ordered any items to go before, I loved the food and would recommend NY Giant Pizza to my friends. The delivery was about 5-8 min early which was great! more

Food is not what they claim. I always wait longer for the good stuff deliveries are ok and food always good. Service is cool, they do know how to treat a customer. This is the 1st time I order from here, and recomend you eat here, Pizza better food and its always HOT! Cons: everything more

Unbelievably slow delivery! 8/24/2007

The food is ok, but delivery takes way too long. I ordered a pizza, calzone, and cheese sticks, and it took an hour and 40 minutes. I was told it would be an hour when I ordered, but I had to call to get a status update, and got no apology for the delay. The cheese sticks were undercooked and all the food was cold. I will not be ordering from them again. Pros: Food is acceptable. Cons: Slow delivery, no customer service. more
