I'm a regular customer to this local Kmart. Most of the time, workers are friendly, the store is clean, and it has variety of items with reasonable prices. However I experienced unpleasnat customer service recently and wanted to share with y'all. On 12/27/11 evening I made a quick trip to Kmart to return an item that I got it as a gift but found no need for it. I know it's a holiday season so everyone is tired and all. I stood in a line to the service department as soon as I entered the store. There were about 10 people ahead of me so you can imagine how busy the store was at that time. As I was saying ""Hi, Can I...?"" to one of the Kmart workers named Victoria when it was my turn, she just grabbed a receipt that was in my hand without a single word. She didn't say anything during the entire returning process (even when I said ""thanks"" at the end). She looked upset and just full of tiredness. Hopefully, as Kmart worker, she get trained well to perform a good customer service! Besides her service, I like shopping at Kmart.
