These guys also go by the name "Cumming's Saw." They took our Sabatier knife set to Cummings Saw to get them sharpened. Not only are they not sharp, it looks like the person sharpening them had a seizure while they were doing it! There's huge bands of grinder marks all the way up and down the blades and up to the hilts. The marks come WAY off the edges. One is a half inch wide. So we bring the knives back to complain and see if they'll try to buff the marks out. The guys at Cummings Saw tried to deny they made the marks! Then they proceeded to be very rude about the fact that they'd just ruined a $700 knife set. Finally they offered to give us back the $42 we paid to have them sharpened. Didn't offer to try and fix them, pay to have them fixed, or even replace the ones that are the most damaged. My beautiful and expensive knife set is not ruined but it certainly looks as if it's been abused. It makes me sad every time I pull a blade out of the block to see them damaged so terribly. I would not recommend entrusting these people with anything sharp. They clearly have no customer service skills either.
