When you come here, always be sure to look online for COUPONS! they always have some kind of special going on.\r \r I was able to receive 40% off one item and 30% the rest of my stuff. What a deal. Not kidding. Their selection for stuff is amazing. Some items can be a bit over priced and can be found else where for less the price, but its a great store. I never seen a male in here. Lol. Only women.\r \r Right when you walk in, they have scented pine cones so the place is very refreshing to walk into. more

Lousy store 8/30/2007

I have not sewn in awhile, and I'm appalled that Jo Ann is the only game in town! The staff is indifferent, confused, and not interested in the customers; the selections are dismal, and limited. Believe me when you just want T pins, thread, and measuring tape, and all you get is an arm pointed in some vague direction... where are all the wonderful fabric stores with knowledgeable personnel? more

Your Standard Jo Ann's 6/20/2005

If you live in the Valley and need fabric, notions or craft supplies - this is the place you have to go - they ususally have what you need - but they also usually have a cutting line 20 people deep - and the check out lines are worse... the store is pretty messy and not very organized in general - but when you need something, you're over a barrel - it's the only place to go without taking the trip down town. more

This store is messy, dirty, dusty and a very poor retail experience. The people don't know anything about sewing there. I wish we had some great alternative to the prices JoAnns offers, but until someone challenges them in the retail space, I guess I'll still have to shop there. more

The prices of Jo-ann fabrics are the best. Their customer service is good. I think that they need to hire more people because you got to wait a lof the times. Their store is not clean they seriously need to clean up but their prices are good so even though their store is disorganized I will still go here more
