Milano's Italian Kitchen

Came here on a Saturday evening, place was quite full with people aged 55+, we were definitely the youngest there. Our server must have had a bad day, she didn't appear to want to be there. Bread was cold, but kinda tasty. We had ordered three dishes, one being pizza. The food came all together, the two pasta dishes we had ordered were really cold, but the pizza was warm. They must have waited to bring them together. I wanted to flag down the server and take back the cold pasta, but couldn't get any attention from her. Hunry, we waited for about 5 or 10 minutes to find the server to return the food, but she never came. A bad experience. Not recommended. My husband and I went there at 9pm, and the sever told us they closed at 10pm, so we sat down. Including us, there were only 3 tables and we were only table ordering food. Within 20 mins, they already made lots of mistakes: 1. My husband ordered beer on tap, but they gave us bottle beer; 2. they brought us iced cold bread. After we sent back, they never gave us back... We still sat there until we saw how they prepared our food in the open kitchen. People in the kitchen already start cleaning the kitchen. When the chef was cooking our food on a stove, there was another person standing on a stove that right next to our food. That person was spraying chemical stuff to clean the kitchen. That is not acceptable. For me, food safety is the top important thing in a restaurant. We told the manager about that, and we left. Pros: nothing Cons: food safety; food safety. more

Well if you love Italian this is the place to go! They have a great waiting staff if you want a great waiter get (Arthur) and the owners are fantastic.. They have live music at dinner on Fridays... Its romantic as well as a nice place to go w/ friends and family. The food is delicious here. The owners take the time to personally pick the fresh ingredients and the yummy desserts themselves. The service is great and the atmosphere is fun. Some nights there is live music and the bar area has tv's for happy hour. This is a great family-owned business! Pros: Lots of parking, great food, friendly staff Cons: might miss it if you drive too fast! so look for it! more
