ZERO STARS!!!!!!! Most of the people below are just potential renters, so they can only account for the way Screm acted when they first came into contact with them. I agree with everything they're saying because I was treated the same way. I unfortunately disregarded it and now have a lease with them. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! There are plenty more property management companies in the area that can do their jobs properly.I have too many stories I could offer, but let's just say this is probably the worst company I've EVER came into contact with. I've been told that my air conditioning being out "Isn't an emergency, what do you want me to do about it" even with a 1 month old daughter in 95 degree home and was forced to wait an entire weekend before even having someone come check it. I've had mold painted over to remedy it. I can't understand why anyone would say that providing horrible customer service is a way to "weed" through potential renters. Are they trying to chase away competent people who ask to be treated like a human being and not a stray dog? This company was a complete waste of our time. From the person answering the phone to the "agent" who showed us the property every single employee was more rude than the next. The properties were in disgusting condition, dirty and very run down. I can't believe this place can even stay in business. Run away as fast as you can. There are way better prperty managers in SCV. more

When we were first looking for a place, we found SCREM and were thrilled - you can see the houses inside & out before wasting anyone's time - you already know what the house is about, etc. The agents may come off harsh at first, etc., but it is part of their process of weeding out the good from the bad...we've been with SCREM for almost 2 years now and would use them for our next move. Their maintenance department staff is wonderful too - anytime there is an issue, they are on top of it! Customer service DOES exist still... more

this site is FREE and you are able to see full clear pictures and locations of the properties. what's great is that all of the properties are privately owned. more

The agent who showed me properties was rude and insulting. I would never have rented from this company, but my daughters and I just loved one of the properties they were renting. more
