I'm very happy with the low prices and good service. They close at 7 on weeknights, so I have a chance to pick up my stuff after work. I don't understand the negative reviews. more

First of all the people there do not speak very well English, or should I say they don't understand the customer's requests. I have asked them to press my jeans and my shirts with NO crease, but guess what, I got them back with creases on both the jeans and the shirt sleeves. After somehow making them understand what I really want, they tried to fix the problem but the crease line still showed, and they could not / would not do anything about it. On top of that they didn't even offer me any kind of incentive or something to make me somewhat happy so they wont loose a customer. The bottom line is: This place is run very unprofessionally, and by people with no knowledge of business concept. I highly NOT Recommend anybody going there, unless you want to just waist your money. I went to alter my bridemaids dress here and it was a disaster !!! I wanted them to hem up the length by a few inches. I came back after a few days and it was completely slanted !!! and you could see the slip clearly on one side. One side was 1"" higher than the other side. At first they tried to say it was the dress was slanted to begin with. They showed me the cut off material and it was OBVIOUS that it was cut way off. They could not deny it so they said that they would try to fix it.... \r \r A week later.... I came back and it was still kind of slanted but I just wanted to get out of there. I told them that they ruined the dress. Then they argued that I wanted it that short. I wanted it right at my knees.... and the dress is mid thigh length ! Not only did they not give me a discount, the second I mention that I was disappointed and did not want to pay... they snatched the dress back and would not give it to me unless I paid. I had to pay... I had to get the dress... \r \r I highly do not recommend this place. They are very unprofessional... and RUDE... ! Cons: everything about the service ! more
