Applied Pressure failed to produced the quality they insured me I would receive when I placed my screen printing orders with them. The project was estimated to take 2 weeks but took 1.5 months. After receiving my order, the items had been damaged due to mishandling (interior tags melted to the fabric and black ink spots on my graphics). I paid for removal of 3 tags but only received 1 tag removal. Each time I called for a follow up on my order, I was placed on hold or hung up on. One day it took me 5 attempts to receive progress information. 4 out of the 5 calls lead to being on hold for 15 minutes and/or being hung up on. When I finally reached an employee, I was left with numerous excuses about how come my project was delayed for weeks and why they hadn't returned calls or emails, citing personal reasons and busy schedules. Once the projects were completed, I expected my shipment within 3 business days but did not receive any packages. After inquiring about my shipment, the representative handling my project, sent me numerous emails and phone calls stating that the package was sent 3 days prior. Finally at wits end, I demanded for a 5th time a tracking order for my shipment only to receive another excuse saying they never received my product from the manufacture and they hadn't completed my order. How could that be, when I had been communicating with them for weeks regarding this order? The next day I received another email and call stating they made a mistake and that they found my shipment in their warehouse. The order had never been shipped as promise.
My best advice: do not do business with this company if you expect great customer service or have any sort of time table that you must abide to.
Pros: In Los Angeles
Cons: Staff, product quality, communication and service
