I spent two days in the hospital with from eating at this restaurant. The franchise owner originally agreed to send my claim for medical bills to his insurance company. I have heard nothing from anyone since October 2007 when this occured. the owner refuses to answer my phone calls or emails despite numerous attempts too reach him. the health dept. inspector reported that while things were ok on the day that he was there, the restaurant had previously had a ""B"" rating for some time due to incorrect temperatures. I would not recommend eating at Johnny Rockets.
