Where to begin, I purchased 2 colorful keys from tender sender and they molded it to fit my house key. When i came home to open my door the key did not fit. I went back to the galleria and informed them that it didn't work, A man by the name of Sonny, ""fixed"" it and said if i had anymore problems to come back. Once again, the key did not fit. By trip #3 I was very frustrated. When back to the mall and the cashier, very casually said its not that big of a deal and that I?m sure you don?t live to far away from the mall. This isn't about being close or far form the mall, its the fact that I made 3 trips to the mall, and instead of apologizing for this inconvenience, it was merely pushed aside as if it was not a ""big deal."" A class-less women by the name of Lisa, rudely began shouting at me and suggested that I was lying. She stated that no other customer had complained before. (mind you this is in front of every customer in the store) She shoved the 7 dollars that I paid for previously in my face without a single apology. The 7 dollars isn't gong to make me rich or poor its the discussing way she handled her customer.
