poor quality 7/16/2007

I took a brand new jacket in to remove a stain. I went in when they said it would be done and the stain was still there. The lady working there said the other guy didn't know what he was doing and wanted me to come back later that day. I did and the stain was still there. Pros: Nice people Cons: Bad service more
