0 stars. Bad cars, bad service, and an even worse attitude. We bought a used PT Cruiser in August 2010 and the car has broken down 5 times since then so it's a LEMON. Initally, the salesperson was very nice but after we experienced all these problems, they have refused to fix the problem unless we pay for it and refused to pay for the tows to their dealership - after being stuck on the highway twice and once when the car actually caught on fire. Initally they offered us a replacement car but have rescinded that offer. \r
In addition, the ""full"" Carfax they gave us was not complete nor accurate - we got the real Carfax from another dealer and found out that this car had been in 2 severe accidents!\r
When we told them we would go to the Better Business Bureau to report them, the saleslady said, ""I'm done with you, good luck with that."" \r
The good news is that our attorney feels we have a great case and we look forward to settling this matter. Do NOT go to this dealership unless you like being treated poorly, don't really want to drive your car, and enjoy having your car in the shop all the time.
