They have very poor customer service. The guy in Sepulveda seemed quite unhappy about taking my order since it was just 1 piece of glass. The piece of glass and delivery costs only a little over $100. When I inquired about options, he kept saying, not for THIS ORDER, with emphasis on those last 2 words. I thought to just let it go, as long as I got my glass delivered the next day. I made sure they could deliver it the next day, I explained that the guys doing my bathroom needed the glass in place before they could do their job. So I really needed it the following day because the bathroom guys are scheduled to arrive the day after. He agreed. The following day, I called to check the time of delivery, and they said between 3-4. I waited until 5pm, and called again, only to be informed that they broke the glass (I don't know how true this is) and can't get it to me. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know! It was a good thing I called again. That was a Fri, and they said that the soonest they could deliver is on Mon. I requested the delivery to be made before noon, and they said, it would surely reach me before noon. On Monday, I called at 11am and was informed that delivery will be between 3-4pm. I called again at 430pm, and they said they couldn't tell me the status of my delivery because the driver isn't answering his phone. I called again at 515pm, and they said it would get to me within THE hour, the guy even corrected me when I repeated what he said because I heard "within AN hour". 6pm came and went without my delivery. It finally got to me at 630pm. I wish they didn't take my order if they were just going to behave in that manner. It was such an inconvenience.
