No nonsense boxing gym period. Several top boxers worldwide come here to train with F. Roach and if you come you know you need to work. The best place to get great exercise and learn the sport of boxing. Pros: Best trainers Cons: Small and tough to park sometimes more

Never a Dull Moment 5/24/2008

Lots of great boxers train here. I met Manny Paquoia a world Champion and saw Mario Lopez the actor and Oscar De la Hoya. Very attractive and fit people. I get my hair cut at Julie's Hair People Salon just next door.\r A great place to work out and train\r Pros: Great trainers, Fee parking Cons: Limited parking more
