I was in a car accident and found this place because my insurance company's adjuster was located there. One of the guys from Sidle was there while my insurance adjuster evaluated the damage to my car, which was deemed to be minor and isolated to the bumper. I was told by the Sidle guy that my car would be done possibly by Friday (I was there on Wed morning), if not, then on the following Tuesday. I thought this was great and left my car there. At the end of the business day on Friday, no one had called me so I called them and was told that it wasn't ready and it would be Tuesday. I was disappointed but understood. At the end of the business day on Tuesday, I called and was told it wasn't ready and it would be ready possibly on Wednesday, definitely on Thursday. I was told I WOULD receive a phone call to confirm. At this point, I was really irritated and told them that they shouldn't really give such an early ""ready"" date if it typically took this long to fix this kind of damage. Plus, I understand that unexpected delays can arise but it would just be professional courtesy to call the client and let them know what is going on with their car. At this point, I was the one calling on the days that they told me the car would be ready, wondering why they weren't calling me. Also, when I called, they made me feel like I was bothering them. Needless to say, they did not call me on Thursday either. I ended up calling them on Friday morning to find out my car was finally ready (a week from the original date promised). The job they did was fine but I really feel that I could've taken it to the dealer or somewhere else and gotten the same result but preferrably with the professional courtesy of a phone call when they say they will call and with honesty.
Pros: Place is clean, location was convenient to where I live.
Cons: Poor service, poor communication, untimely repair
