As a vegetarian (but I eat eggs), I appreciate that the chefs are always willing to omit fish sauce in any of the veggie dishes. My family and I love the druken noodles, the sauteed spinach in garlic and black bean sauce is out of sight, and the restaurant owner is in there most nights -- so if you have a problem, she can help. Best of all, for the money conscious, they send coupons -- i know, sort of low-class...but really, who wouldn't appreciate saving 10 bucks on a $40 dinner that tastes great!
