I live in North Las Vegas. I purchased some software online from this company on a Monday. The price seemed right and the company was located in California so the shipping would be quick. For those two reasons, I picked this company over another in New York, which was slightly higher in price, but not much. Shipping time was a big factor.
Every day since the order, I waited for an order update and/or a tracking number for delivery. Nothing.
I checked online and it still said Order Received. I figured they probably just had a 2 to 3 day turnaround time. Still better than waiting for a shipment from New York.
Friday rolls around, 5 days later. Still nothing. So I call them to see what's up. The CS Rep says she has to check with the warehouse and see what the tracking number is. I told her how could there be a tracking number when online it was still in a pending status. She said she'd email me when she found out.
I just got the email, 5 hours later, and it says FedEx lost the shipment and they can't replace the item because they don't have another one.
How could FedEx lose the shipment if it was NEVER shipped? Bogus. Something shady going on here. Be careful with these guys.
They said they canceled the order and will refund my PayPal payment. We'll see how long that takes.
I could have ordered from the New York store and it would've got here a lot quicker. Very unhappy.
