I have to share my story... I was looking to have a cute a-line bob a few years ago, went to a high dollar salon, got the works a hight light and cut, paid 180. and was HORRIFIED!! Not only was the color yuck it was orange/yellow and the cut... chopped up not even close to an a-line. To upset to go back, I happen to be at starbucks and this girl with the cut I wanted, she told me about Angela! I called right there and was happy to be saved. Angela gave me the perfect hair cut and fixed the highlight for $110. and I've been with her for years now. A Great hair stylists is hard to find and I'm grateful to the girl at starbucks! Btw... the new location is really beautiful and classy, the art work is awesome. =) more

I could not say enough about this salon - specifically my girl Laura! The salon is beautiful and unique. The ladies there are all very talented and friendly. I have with Laura for about 3 years now and wouldn't get my hair done from anyone else. BTW - one of the stylist was serving up super sweet fresh strawberries to all the ladies getting done up yesterday. That was a nice touch. Pros: Atmosphere, Talent, Personalities Cons: None more

I drove by this place and it was so cute I had to see about getting my hair cut. I went in and it was even more fantastic inside! You will feel like you are in Marilyn Monroe's private Boudoir. They fit me right in (Walk - In's Welcome) and did a GREAT job on my hair (which is a real pain in the *&&^ to cut/style btw). Everyone is there was super friendly. You can't go wrong choosing this Salon, it truly has it all. Pros: Great People, Get Atmosphere, Conveinent. Cons: Not a one more

I had a REALLY bad cut 5 years ago and found Laura Cunha in the yellow pages at another salon. She fixed my hair ( a MAJOR miracle because it was already way too short) and I have been getting it cut and colored by Laura ever since. I have followed her to 4 or 5 salons now and have referred 3 others to her. All of us will not use anyone else, even in desperation. I have never "cheated" on Laura in 5 years. I love the salon she has landed in. Pink is a fun and way cool place to hang out and get pretty. more

This salon is so cute. I LOVE it :) They do amazing hair and the atmosphere in there is great. It's cozy and feels like home. I have never seen another salon like it. It's unique and exciting. Everyone is friendly and it really makes you want to keep coming back. When you leave, you are for sure going to get compliments on your hair. I recommend this salon to everyone. Pink Glamour Salon is stylish and friendly. There is none of the snootiness that some salons seem to think is cool. Instead, owner Angela, has created a space that is state of the art and comfy too. The pale pink walls reflect light from the generous front windows so natural light abounds. Lots of retro glamour art and photography gives us something to gaze at while the stylist is working. A small retail area carries a variety of products and shiny things to wear at amazingly low prices. Angela herself is an artist that does hair. She is creative and fun and is able to give lots of ideas about your hair style. Then she does what you want. You come out looking as great as you hoped. I followed Laura to Pink Glamour Salon after going to her at other salons for 4+ years. It seems like she is finally at home at this great salon. It's a fun, hip, and stylish place. The space feels like you've just been welcomed into someone's home. Everyone there was friendly and the clients looked beautiful when they left. Laura is the BEST! After wandering from place to place for years I finally found her. I'll follow her anywhere. The best thing about her is her consistency. She's always spot on! Never a bad cut or color. I've never left and wondered what she did different this time. She listens and gives honest advice. I alway look and feel fabulous when I see her and get lots of compliments on my hair. I've been seeing Laura now since 2002. From the moment you sit into her chair you're in for a great experience. She takes the time to consult her clients and listen to what they want. She gives her profesional opinion all while keeping her clients wishes in mind. I always leave Laura feeling happy and beautiful. I live in the Bay Area but it is SO worth the hour and half drive for the great service and awesome cut and color that she gives! See Laura!!! Once Laura does your hair you will never want to go to anyone else. She has been doing my hair for almost 6 yrs now. When I first saw her my hair was very unhealthy and just didn't look good. Now I have the healthy, beautiful, long hair I have always wanted but could never grow for some reason. Laura must have been the reason! I get compliments all of the time and I owe it to her. She also knows her clients pretty well and that is so nice. I walked in one day just to get color, when I sat down I had an idea about a change of hairstyle and asked her what she thought. She answered, it depends, is this something you have really spent some time thinking about? I replied no, I just saw it in a magazine 5 mins ago. She said no and I am now grateful! Smart lady! I went in for the first time about a week ago to LIbby, and while the place was a little outta the way for me I will NEVER go anywhere else again! This place was a salon previously, with dark drab decor, and was taken over and fixed up by the new owner, Angela, a single mom. I think it it brings the glamour back into salons..The decor will hold your interest if you have to wait for your appointment...the waiting room has a fireplace and feels like visiting a friend. They do manicures...pedicures..and waxing as well, and have a little supply/gift shop. I used to live in Sacramento and now I come from Modesto just to get my hair cut and my son doesnt want anyone but Angela to cut his hair. I highly recommend this place. I was very fortunate to be referred to Laura Cunha a few years ago. I can honestly say that I have have loved each and every cut and color she has done to my hair. Laura pays attention to detail. She will make sure your cut and/or color are perfect before you walk out the door. :) I can even style my hair on my own, which is the best - no more bad hair days!!! I trust Laura to make me look my best, which in turn makes me feel great. I love the new salon too - with it's retro look. It's very clean, hip, and stylish! I am a Laura Cunha faithful fan and have followed her to four different salons now... the most recent of which is "Pink Glamour Salon". As every woman out there knows, finding a really good colorist/stylist is like trying to find a really good doctor. It's tough! Unfortunately, most of it is through trial and error. I have been very fortunate and happy with Laura over the past 4 years as she consistently cuts and colors my hair exactly the way I want it every time. If I get bored with my hair and want to try something new, I let her work her magic and have never been disappointed with the results. She is one of the best colorists out there and I refuse to go to anyone else. I'm also happy with Laura's new venue for her artistry..."Pink" is a fun, tastefully decorated salon and everyone there is delightful...always a good experience! I am hoping that this is the last move for Laura, as with every salon-switch she keeps getting farther and farther away from me; making for a longer commute when I need my hair done. Great salon!
