These guys know how to clean an area rug that's for sure. After neglecting my rug for a while, I finally decided to call somebody to take care of it. They arrived on time, explained to me the entire cleaning process and pricing. A week later I received my rug nicely wrapped and clean. Some of the stains came out, but overall the rug looks and feels clean. Thanks!
