I was given Walgreen's info by the 24 hour nurse line so that I could inquire about the use of cold medication for my toddler. I am now holding over 15 minutes to speak to a pharmacist and its 12 a.m. The automated message keeps indicating I'm the next caller, but it also sounds like the phone call keeps bouncing back from an extension somewhere. It would simply appear no one is answering. I have tried Walgreen's 2nd 24 hour location in town using my cell phone, but with the same result. In fact, I think they must ring to the same location, because on my cell phone I am told I am the 2nd caller waiting (presumably behind myself).
