Horrible Service! Was seated by the hostess but wasn't acknowledge by the server for 15mins! Server took our order as he was rushing pasted our table which caused him to mess up on one of our meals. Food came out cold when it finally came out. When we received the check it had a automatic 16% gratuity include which we had to have a manger remove so we inputed the gratuity amount we thought was efficient. Would not recommend eating there! more

Awesome place for food and fun 7/10/2010

I've been to Dave and Buster's all over the country. This one is awesome. The staff have always been really friendly. The only drawback is that sometimes it gets really crowded on weekend nights (FRI/SAT) and the bar staff gets overwhelmed, so service can be slow sometimes. We usually go during the week when it's less crowded, and it's ALWAYS a lot of fun. There's normal arcade style games, ticket-producing carnival type games that kids can play along on, pool/billiards, and so much variety we stay for 5 hours and don't have time to play everything. Kudos to Blaine, Andrew, and the rest of the staff for making DNB such a fun place to go. Pros: Variety of games, A+ menu, helpful staff, great vibe Cons: A little pricey more

Dinner and video games, how can you go wrong. As far as the food it is pretty good, a step down from Cheesecake Factory, but think along those lines. For two people, bottle of wine, an app, 2 entrees and dessert came out to $65. I wasn't complaining. Service was good, the games are fun, they have a full bar with top shelf liquor. It would be a fun date to go on, I recommend coming here. Tuck your chain though, last time I felt like I was on the set of "Friday". Someone talking about "slinging crack rock", while I was eating dinner wasn't so appetizing. I requested a seat change and all was fine. more

Ok, I'll be the first to admit that I loved Dave & Buster's long before I had children. I'm a child of the 80's having grown up and grown with video games. I love them and so does hubby. Now, with an active toddler who has been exposed to video games as far back as in utero, this is a great place for him as well. The food is great, with a vast selection to please any palate, and a decent kids' menu is available for the little ones to pick and choose from. Yet Dave & Buster's is less about the food and more about the experience. Video games, ticket games, trivia, and car chases fill the venue and serve to entertain kids, grownups, and everyone in between. A great place to go on a rainy day or to escape the heat. more

Bad service, even worse drinks... 1/6/2008

This review is written from strictly a food and bar experience. I have heard their games are fun, but we went for a quick drink. We sat ourselves down at the bar, and waited about 10 minutes till our server showed up. She was friendly, but not an attentive server. My Husband ordered a Lynchburg Lemonade which came out PINK (normally yellow) and very weak. Also, the cup was filled with 80% ice, and 20% drink. Gone in 2 gulps. When she brought it, she called my Husband "Sweets" (what's up with that?) I ordered a Mudslide, which was completely weak and tasteless. The ice cream was so watered down, it wasn't creamy anymore, and they put just 1 squirt of chocolate. The drink was white instead of the normal brown color. Our friend had a decent piece of cake. The bill ordeal took about 20 minutes, as our server disappeared. Then once we gave her the card, it took another 10 minutes. Service=stinks. Drinks=stink. Games=have yet to try. more
