This is what happened:
I purchased a Groupon for $97 which was going to get me three sessions on one large area. When I called in to make the appointment, the man I spoke to said that technically the one large area referred to in the Groupon was either upper OR lower leg but that he would go ahead and sign me up for the whole leg and that it would take a little bit longer.
When I got to the center and told this to the receptionist they immediately denied it and started calling me a liar and that I was making everything up!!
When I tried to explain my point of view they started yelling and speaking over me, not allowing for me to express myself. In frustration, I asked to speak to the manager and they called him for me.
He almost instantly hung up on me saying he was driving and that he didn't want to get a ticket because of me, then walked in with a bluetooth set (which last I recall, is completely legal). He then called you and told you that I was scaring away all his clients while I was actually the only person there!!
I must say I was very disappointed as I work in customer service and would NEVER treat anyone the way I was treated!!!
The Groupon guy offered me a refund which was really nice...but I still had to drive 45 minutes each way to get there and shaved which I know is not your business (but for girls it matters since when you shave, you grow
