I love this place!!! I am so happy that the UWS finally has a place to eat that is not just for the silver-haired set. The vibe at Fatty (as we now affectionately refer to it) is layed back with intensely knowledgeable staff, that can break down the ingredients of any dish you've ordered in a moments time. It's hard to believe, but the pork buns ARE actually better than momofuku. The rest of the menu is as well. I've never had a bad dish in three visits. Even the bokchoy is simple but genius. The chilli crab crab is a must!!!! it's pricey, but try picking up some dungeness crabs and cooking em for your foodie friends and pay just as much for half as good.! All in all, you can""t get this style of food at this quality anywhere in the city. Did I mention all the pork, and chicken come from sustainable, natural, local farms! I hope this place stays forever!!!... Straight bangin son!!!!
