Rented a van from Tucker location. Had to wait for ages. Agent couldn't find the key. Didn't come out with me to check van. Poor customer service. Couldn't see inside of van as they hadn't found the key yet. Once inside, it smelled and had stains on the seats. When we came back, claimed small dent was incurred while we were driving it, even though it could easily have been there before and overlooked. The letter they sent said to contact them so payment could be arranged. Contacted by phone (left voicemail) and email over 2 weeks but no response except a 2nd notice which didn't reference my making contact. Emailed again. No response. Emailed yet again to confirm who to make check payable to, where to send, amount etc. and got no reply, just credit card charged. Very poor customer service. Used them abroad and it wasn't too bad. This was the first and last time will use them here.
