I would go less than one star. Paid a cover charge at the door. Only to find that there were no seats available. Every table was reserved. Felt that the guy taking the money at the door could have said something about that. On top of it had my parents with me and my father has a disability so I needed to at least find him a chair. Tried to ask a waitress about what could be done for him and she waved me away and said she couldn't help me without even hearing what I was saying. Then while I was trying to tell my father who also has trouble hearing what was going on another waitress came up behind me and put her elbow in my back and shoved me out of her way without saying a word. The place was pretty empty at that time and she could have easily gone several other routes to get where she was going. I went back to the door guys to complain and asked for their supervisor/manager and the guy came right up. He lectured me on the fact that I should have known I would need a reservation to sit there. Which I didn't, we just happen to stop by to see what it was like. Then when I told him what his waitresses did he dismissed her behavior as simply getting around me to serve a table. Then proceeded to tell me I didn't need to "talk to him" like that which made no sense as I was reporting an issue to him. He told me we could have our money back and leave. Which I was glad to do so at this point. This kind of treatment in any establishment is unacceptable. I think the owners of the chain need to know about this and look into completely overhauling management there so they can get their act together.
