AWESOME! Les, his son and their crew where great to work with from the start to the finish of our major repair. We had 5 different heating and general contractors look at the job. Les flat out told me why the house should be repaired a certain way and why it wouldn't work any other way. Les told me what the inspectors would find issues with and he was 100% right. I am so glad I trusted Les and listened to him about how to remove the asbestos, how to run the new heating ducts and which Forced Air unit to use and how to install it. The new system is efficient, quiet and most all SAFE. The new instant Hot water system that was also required has been fabulous. My wife and I had the nightmare asbestos experience when we brought our new house in the LA South Bay. My wife and I are experienced Realtors and never in 20 years have we ever had so many people associated with a job that were so incompetent. Thanks to Les and his crew I am finally able to sleep well at night and not worry about my family being safe. I love showing my utility closet to visitors. Les and his crew did unbelievably clean, quality work in both the heating and hot water systems. His crew where polite and a pleasure to talk with at the house from start to finish. Our furnace died after 27 years of service, and we were in need of a new one, as well as a new thermostat. Called Arneson Plumbing, Heating & General Contracting, told them our needs, and set up an appointment to have a new furnace & thermostat installed. They called to confirm the appointment a day ahead, and arrived on time. Installation went smoothly and professionally, and the final results look and work great. Very important, too, was their attention to covering carpets and stairs before starting the job, keeping the work area neat at all times, and doing a thorough cleanup of the area at the completion of the installation.
