Having your HVAC system diagnosed is much like (or worse) going to the mechanic and them always trying to add ""parts"" and up the invoice. Thankfully the Lord sent Bill. Customer service doesn't mean a whole lot without knowledge and Bill, by natural character, sets the standard for both. It was refreshing, quite literally since it is May and HOT!, to have him come out the same day that I called. He got the problem fixed and answered all of my questions. All reasons for using him again in the future. Many business owners can take a note out of his book! more

Honest, Reliable Service 10/18/2010

When our air conditioner went out this summer, Bill came to our house after hours and did not charge us ""an arm and a leg"" for doing so. He had our system working quickly and we have had no trouble with it since. His reliability, knowledge, and honesty are reasons we will be using him again and recommend him to anyone needing an HVAC system repairman. more

Honest, Affordable AC repair 9/8/2009

Ouf Select AC repairman showed up on time, was very courteous and efficient, and his honest approach to fixing our airconditioner without adding on unneeded extras saved us lots of money. I would recomment Bill at Select to anyone! He gave me all the choices that were available for my air conditioning unit. He was professional and I felt good about having him come into my home. Pros: Did not sell me on work that did not need to be completed more

Honest, fast, and personable 9/1/2009

Bill was honest and told me the best option for me. His pricing fit into my budget and he was able to solve my problem very quickly. (wich is most appreciated in106 degree weather). Cool guy with Hot prices 8/31/2009

Bill Grotes prices and personal care far exceed any other AC business out there. In my line of work in Real Estate from building to selling homes I have come across many different AC companies and none of them compare to the quality and professionalism that Bill Grote provides with Select AC.
