When we arrived we were seated fairly quickly but at a dirty table. Once our server came she cleaned the table and appoligized and got out drink and app order. It took atleast 10 mintues to get them. After having a few sips something caught my eye; there was something floating in my drink. I waved the server down and showed her. She appoligized again, took out dinner order, left the drink and went off somewhere. Our app came out....it was cold and the chips were stale. 15 minutes later STILL no drink!!!!! No server!!!! I flagged down the manager and talked to him who appoligized and said it would be coming off our bill. My drink finially arrived minus the bug. A few minutes later our food came out......My steak was burnt and cold on the outside and RAW on the inside. The ribs didn't have enough meat on them to feed a bird and was gray. The manager didn't bring it out or come by to see if it was right. I asked my server if all the ribs looked like that and she replied yes. The manager asked if I wanted it replaced; I declined and let my girlfriend finish her meal. I finished off our drinks. Our meal was comped but the manager offered no explanation or anything. I went to IHOP and had an awesome meal with top notch service. I will never be back to this location and will let everyone I know of my experience.\r
*It made me give it one star but it doesn't deserve that. Everyone has a bad night every once in a while but the bartender, kitchen, busboys, servers and manager all having one is very unlikely!
