Two guys came on time to clean the carpets in my large house. Asked me if I wanted a tile & grout demonstration, and I said sure. Declined this service and they each asked me twice to reconsider. Things went downhill from there.
They disconnected my hose out front and left it that way, poured their dirty water in my toilet and left it, and here's the kicker - my dog had been shedding and stupid me, I thought they would vacuum BEFORE cleaning the carpet. They left a lot of dog hair on the wet carpet, saying that "it was more than their equipment could handle."
Then they tried to overcharge me. I pointed out that this was not the price I was quoted, so I had to call the office and wait.....for a.....long time.....for a call back. They finally said they would give me a 10% discount, roughly the amount of the overcharge. Imagine that.
Afterwards, I had to CLEAN UP AFTER THE CARPET CLEANERS by reconnecting my hose, cleaning the toilet myself, and vacuuming the carpet after it was dry to get up the rest of the dog hair !

Cons: Pressuring customers to buy more services, half assed job.
