I have accomplished a lot as a consequence of training with Kate. For example, to provide a quantitative guide, my body fat percentage has decreased by more 7% since I started with her! On a strength level, my heaviest set on the bench press has increased by more than 200lbs! This clearly illustrates Kate?s effectiveness. \r
