Miracle Maids

I just wrote a negative review under their other listing here (Brooklyn) and was shocked to later read their responses to customer complaints. They actually reply using the customer's name AND they reply with such anger and vindictiveness. This is a third rate company! Stay away, I have a feeling all the positive reviews are written by their staff. They have an F rating from the BBB - that says it all. I forgot to mention a very important thing. I was talking to a friend who thought she had bedbugs and my cleaner said they do bedbug cleanup but even she wouldn't trust them to do her place if she had them; she said they take back equipment to their shop in garbage bags and that her supervisor got bites all over her back! Yikes! Are they even licensed for bedbug cleanup? She said most of the cleaning staff are never given any training or supervision and just thrown on jobs. Egads! had to spend some time negotiating the price, but it was well worth the money/ maid arrived on time/ was slow but thorough/ you pay by the hour so it is good to set expectations. overall good experience Pros: on time, price was okay, place was clean Cons: not a deep clean but good enough for price more

I had used them years ago. I called for a move in cleaning and yeah prices changed but service was great. They brought green supplies for free and the maid was great! I will use them again more

The first time I called I was surprised how expensive they were considering that they use YOUR products and don't bring their own like other services.I spoke to the lady, she was rushing me to give her my cc#, and I told her I would speak to my husband and call her back.We agreed to have a 1 time service to see how they were before committing.I called the next day the lady was not their I spoke to someone else who said that they were sending me someone who has been with them for years..etc..how good she was..etc..They told me that I need to get the cleaning products that they had from their site, that cost me $200 right there. The lady shows up10 minutes late, took her time changing into her uniform, made a few cell phone calls and was eating her food while she was cleaning my house! By the time she started it was already 30 min into the service. What they tell you is that they will send her for 4 hours and if you need more time its more money and if you don't it's less money. Anyway its common sense to move the dinning room chairs out of the way before you vacuum, and she was banging into them,Then she was vacuuming my kitchen floor and banged so hard into my brand new refrigerator that she broke of the bottom part and didn't even apologize. At this point I wasn't even going to scream I just asked her if she was done and that she could leave. She left the inside of my stove and counter greasy, she did not clean under my bed like I asked, and when she went to change back into her clothes she brushed her hair and left hair all over my bathroom sink. Not to mention I had 6 door mats all of which she left upside down. I spoke to the man at the service who was shocked to hear all this and all he could say to me was that if I wasn't happy I should have had her stay longer to clean more. I just wanted that woman out of my house. I spent an hour cleaning after I had paid her $165,and she gave me an attitude b/c I didn't tip her! I never would write a rview on a maid or maid service but these maids made my house so clean and only took them a few hours to do so. I never would have thought that a maid service in New york City would have gotten me to write a review about them but these maids go out of their way to make sure everything in your house is clean. They even walked my dog. I love miracle maids and will never use another maid service again. Thank you miracle maids. Pros: Best Maids, Made my House Clean, So clean more
