I have had chronic hip pain. Amy has done more good for my hip issues than pain pills, physical therapy, acupuncture, or chiropractic care. Yvonne at the front desk always remembers me. The location is clean and relaxing. I definitely recommend Massage Envy Southpark Meadows. more

I had Natasha today and it was great. She knows how to read my body like a book and knows exactly where my body needs more work. I participated in a race Saturday and walked into the clinic like the Tin Man (muscles stiff from head to toe), after Natasha did her magic I could practically do back flips into the parking lot. Buying a membership is a monthly gift I get to give myself every month, and Massage Envy makes it so affordable. more

I love the fact I can get a massage every month! I have always had a professional experience when I go and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The confirmation call is always helpful, as well. I often have very specific requests from the massage staff and they always do their best to address my issues. They go as far as showing me exercises and stretches that can help my problem areas. So far, I have had wonderful experiences at Massage Envy! more

I received several gift certificates for a massage and finally used them and so glad I did. After my first massage, I purchased a membership and was able to use the gift certificates to pay and/or use for gratuity. This location has wonderful staff and therapists. Even had a call and an email to remind me of my appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the deep tissue massage and look forward to my next month's appointment. more

I bought myself a membership over a year ago and it is one of the best things I could have done. The staff and therapists are great. They allow you to save up your pre-paid as I did when I was injured now I can use them or split them to make one session longer. The therapists have a wide range of expertise for any need. nothing beats an hour and a half massage. more

Listen up folks, if you really love yourself, then ask yourself this question.....if not now, when? I decided to get a massage after attending boot camp this week, and all I have to say is "IT WAS GREAT"!!!! Everyone there was friendly. I decided to get a membership and I am sure that I won't regret it. My therapist's name was Sue...she was really good at getting out the kinks!!!!! more

As a travel nanny my body takes a beating on long 10 hour flights with a child on each arm. Since I work all over the USA, I decided Massage Envy which is often in cities where I work would be a good choice for a club membership. it was the best gift I have given myself in a long time. I have been a member now for about 5 months and often schedule a massage at the last minute. They always try to accommodate me. Every one of the massage therapists have been superb. Recently Brooke did a deep tissue massage with heat and bio freeze and by the time I left I could move my shoulders again and the lower back pain was on its way to healing. I am stickler for good customer service and so far, I have never had a bad moment here. more

I've been to this location twice and have been very happy with my experience both times. The front desk ladies were extremely nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the place was very clean. My last massage was with Brooke and it was a deep tissue massage. I was worried that a small girl wouldn't have the strength to perform this massage but she surprised me by getting two major knots out. Am I happy with my experience? Let's just say they didn't have to twist my arm to become a member and to buy several gift massages for presents! more

I was taken here by a fellow member as just a "girls night"...well "girls night" has now became a monthly thing and I would change it for anything! The staff is so professional and the atmosphere is so warming. I use the same person everytime and she is awesome! She is so knowledgeable to me and my needs and does more than just massage, she teaches. I love this place! They are always so kind to offer new things and always mention the specials! I started getting massages after receiving a gift card to Massage Envy. Then, I signed up for one massage a month! I love it! I look forward to my massage each month and enjoy pushing it to a 90 minute massage when I can. Very relaxing and refreshing. more

I got a gift card for Mothers Day & chose to save it for my Birthday. I looked at all of the reviews for Massage Envy in the Austin area. South Park Meadows had alot of good comments, so I chose that location. I reviewed all of the massage staff & called to make an appt. Most of the recommended ones were either no longer there or not available. J.R. was available & came recommended, so I chose him. Wasn't sure about having a male do this, but I took my chances. It was great...Very professional. He allowed me to choose the amount of pressure I wanted, so as to not be too painful or sore the next day. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. It was a nice outcome & the desk staff was not pushy at all with the sales routine. I have some areas which require attention (shoulder & leg). I have felt much better since my massage & have been sleeping great!! ~:) more

I made the mistake of signing up for a "Wellness Program" with Massage Envy. After what I thought was a very informed investigation of the details of their program I submitted the paperwork and gave my credit card info. I travel often and my main concern before signing up was that the $49 charged to my card each month roll over to the next or not expire if I was unable to use it. Well, after racking up six months of unused sessions being out of the country and out of state, I decided to cancel the automatic charge as it would take some time to use up the accumulated hours already paid for. To my surprise I found that canceling the "Wellness Program" required that a form be filled out and delivered in person to the same location I had signed up for the program at and that the unused hours already paid for would expire 30 days after submitting the form! That's hundreds of dollars I now have to use within 30 days or see the money go to waste. I had told my credit card to not allow charges by Massage Envy anymore where one of the automatic drafts was attempted before I was able to get that cancellation form turned in. My account is "in suspension" and to use up the hundreds of dollars accumulated I now have to pay them $49 more dollars or see the hundreds already paid go to waste. They were unwilling to take $49 from the hundreds already paid requiring that I pay them more money to give me back the hours worth of sessions already paid for. To me that's unethical and treating a customer very badly. Be careful about signing up for a "Wellness Program" with Massage Envy. There are strings attached! Understand that first and foremost they are a business and in business to make money. Don't be fooled by their marketing image that they care about your well being. They care about getting as much money as they can from you and making it unreasonably difficult to get out of your agreement with them. I'm not including the individual therapists by offering my opinion. They are in essence subcontractors and being used by Massage Envy just like customers. It's my opinion that the corporation which licenses franchise locations is not your friend or mine and being very careful about your dealings with Massage Envy is necessary as they are out to take you for a ride. Do yourself a favor and (don't sign up for their "Wellness Program") do a search on the net for it. Right away you'll find many many other folks who have had terrible experiences with heavy handed sales pitches and pressure to sign up for it as well as those of us who made the mistake of doing so only to find out it was a decision that cost us a bunch of money. Buyer beware! It's a scam! more

this is the first time i've ever received a massage(birthday present to myself) and definitely not my last, thanks to lisa i will be back! she did an amazing job and she knows what she's doing. she's a real sweetheart and really listened to my needs, my back felt great right after and still does. can't wait to go back later this month so she can finish working on my shoulders and back. Massage Envy @ South Park Meadows is a very tranquil place, and easier to deal with than the other locations, very nice front staff with the exception of one older male, who ruined my relaxation but i still had one of the best experiences there with sarah, she is great! I could barely walk out of there, if going i recomend Sarah for 90min. Pros: Great therapist Cons: a bit talkitive more

Since being here just for a few days and returning back to Clearwater on Sun. I went here for a very badly needed massage ...got so very lost and they still gave me my whole time. For the best 1 1/2 hours of your life try Brian , the second career engineer....he is so gifted. Pros: so spa like...best massage Cons: I had to go home more
