DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner (Duey) could care less about his customers. My parents had been going here for years and referred me. In the beginning things were going smoothly with my order. I even offered to pay up front, but Duey said I could just pay when I picked up my enlarged images. On the day that I went to pick my images up, one had imperfections on it so I asked if he could re-print it. I told him I would go ahead and pick up the image that was ready, but would come back to get the other once it was corrected. Duey stated that was fine, but wanted me to pay for both right then. I asked him if I could just pay for the one that was ready, since he did tell me I could just pay when I picked them up. Since that's what we had agreed upon, I did not want to pay for anything that was done incorrectly and not ready for pick up. Duey BLEW UP at me. He literally went crazy, literally BERSERK! I could not even get a word in edgewise. It was horrible! I could not believe him and did not understand what the issue was. We agreed that I would pay when I picked the images up, and I was only picking 1 up since the other was not ready. He went on and on about how he has to pay his worker that did the images, I don't trust him, I'm young, etc. My age had nothing to do with anything, how rude. Even when I was trying to come up with a compromise with him, he told me ""No, what are you still doing here? Goodbye! I don't want to do business with you!"" Who tells their customer that? And keep in mind, my parents had been going to him for years. For a second, I was thinking about just paying for both and being done with it, because the image that was done correctly did look really good. But he wouldn't even let me, he did not want to do business with me anymore at all, and I had done nothing wrong. It was crazy! I was never rude to him or anything, so the way he went off on me was UNBELIEVABLE! My parents no longer go here and I advise you not to go either. Because the second he starts to feel that you don't ""trust"" him, he's going to BLOW UP!!!!!! LITERALLY!!!! more

This is the best printing experience ever. I was working on the tri fold for my business, and I needed some advice, I went to Kinkos and really didn’t get anywhere. I started using Daily Printing & Graphics after launching my book publishing company back in 2003. I had no idea who to use, but happened to see this company one day after leaving Micro Center. Duey, the owner was very accomodating, designed and printed all of my business cards and stationary. He even went as far as helping me with my book cover for my first novel! The cover is so appealing I had no problems with getting my book placed on the shelves of major bookstores and libraries nationwide! My book is STILL selling! \r \r Since then, I've started a resume writing company. Lately, I've only needed simple items such as business cards. Well, I tried using FedEx Kinkos, thinking that was good enough. NOT! They've messed up my ""simple"" business card order twice! I knew I should have stuck with Daily Printing & Graphics, but the only reason I went to the other guys is because I've moved so far away, and they were more convenient, practically next door. I have been in business for over 20 years with many types of businesses as a Business Development Director. When I found Duey in Marietta I was in need of printing for an Accounting Firm. He did such a great job with all my last minutes rush jobs for tax season. He is also very creative.\r \r But best job was when I was work with CWS from Switzerland and we were at a major trade show in Orlando. I needed a very large printing job done and shipped to Orlando. I sent all the work to Duey and told him to ship it to me in Orlando as the show started in three days. I than left from his office to Orlando with our equipment for the tradeshow. He sent me the proofs we approved them, then he printed everything and had it to me in Orlando before the doors of the tradeshow opened that morning.\r \r There is no one else I would go to. We have been in businees for 7 years and Dhuey has always gone out of his way to help us. Being a small business owner himself, he understands that we don't have a big budget. But what he produces for us is flawless and spectacular. We get compliments on every thing he does for us. When something comes up and we need it immediately, he never questions why he just does it. We used to use Kinko's for all our office printing but we had a screw-up w/ an order, and found Daily Printing. Dewy is fabulous!! The tri fold brochures not only have better color quality, but we were able to get the more expensive glossy paper for half the price Kinko's charged us for the plain! They have also been very accommodating to rush orders.... which is very important!!! Highly recomend these guys. Pros: service, quality Cons: 1 time they forgot my order more
