This is my first time writting a review. I have lived in Falcon Pines apartments for a year and a half and wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. It has been thru three staffs and two management companies and neither can get their customer service right. On the bright side you don't have to fo far to throw out your trash because the landfill is next door. The gates are always broken, and I still have things needing to be fixed after 18 months. The rent is high, and the walls are thin. They claim the buildings are made out of brick, but you can hear an ant cross the hall way. And that's one thing they have a lot of, ANTS! I have experienced two leaks and instead of removing the old dry wall it was just coved up. Can I get you an application???
Pros: parking, police live there, close to 417
Cons: shoddy work, unfriendly staff, smells like garbage
