Overall cricket is very poor in service. This store, customer service line, phone quality and phone service/signal etc. Dropped calls, poor or no signal, phone that needs to be charged after only 6 hours of standby. I had my phone for just over 30 days brand new with cricket as well, and they would replace my phone if i paid for shipping to their store and then give up my current phone for several days then travel out of my way again to this store 45 minutes from me to pick up the new phone. that was their solution after talking to me like i was ignorant about how to use a smartphone. don't waste your time and money.
