let me first start out by saying that I bought on a Daily Coupon for $99 for the Brazillan Blowout. Dania Acuna was the stylist who did my hair. She was very nice and friendly and seemed to answer all my questions. All I had her do for me was the Brazillan Blowout. Let me just say, that there was absolutely NO WOW factor. No excitement at all when she told me she was finished...my hair felt horrible...like straw...before my friends and family had always complemented me on how soft my hair was. She put all sorts of products in it...which also made it feel very greasy and therefore I just thought it was because of the styling stuff she put in my hair...something I NEVER do...when I got home I didn't wash my hair as I thought maybe I should wait till the next day and let everything set really good. The next morning I washed with my hair with the NON SULFATE shampoo that was recommended and begin to dry my hair....it was a disaster...it was like straw and very fly away...more curly than before..and tangly...and it took me more than twice as long to straighten than it had before I stepped foot in that salon, which just infuriates me because on the phone when I called to make the appointment and after I got there...she assured me that my hair preparation would be cut in half or more...well it is not...it takes me twice as long to get my hair done...I have to straighten with flat iron 3-4 per small clump strand of hair...it is brittle and always tangly feeling. I do not know what this stylist used on my hair but I can tell you the product has ruined my hair. I have sent 5 emails to Dania with no response...I have also cut and pasted the emails into phone texts and sent them 5 times as well to her cell....still nothing...nor have any of my phone calls been returned. I would not recommend her or the salon to anyone as apparently she nor the salon cares at all about customer satisfaction. All I know is that I want this stuff out of my hair...I had this done on a Friday and the next was my 55th birthday party and because of the outcome of my hair that was done I had to wear a HAT...and the bad part is...I never once asked in the emails or texts or phone messages that i wanted my money back...I just asked her to call me to see what I could do to get this stuff of my hair...how i could fix it...so because she or no one from the Salon has taken upon themselves to return a phone call or care nothing about customer service...it has forced me to right this review. DO NOT GO THERE...its a shame that a service industry cares more about the dollar...than satisfying a customer...doesn't she realize that her business is more than 50% word of mouth....hmmmmmm.....
