I was just going to tell you what a wonderful job your staff does. Haley is a very kind lady. She listened to my concern and addressed it immediately, that made me feel like she really cares about the residence here, and that means a lot considering how large the community is. Clara at the maintenance desk has also been very helpful and friendly. She always greets me with a smile and she calls me to follow up after maintenance calls to make sure I am pleased with the work that was done! Snaps for Clara! Speaking of maintenance they really do a good job as well. I feel comfortable with them in my home and I know they know what they are doing, and if not they don't mess around trying to fix it (which in most cases makes things worse) they call the correct person for the job. I have happily attached my signed renewal letter. Thank you for the hassle free negotiation. more

I just wanted to give a special thanks to everyone who assisted me in the process of moving in to Austin Ranch. I would like to give Special Recognition to Ashley Thompson . She was a pleasure to deal with, was more than helpful and has a great personality. In less than what I expected she found my new apartment. I thank Ashley for taking the time to show me different apartments. I sincerely appreciate the time she spent reviewing my options and recommending me locations. Her advise was very helpful. more

By the way, I appreciate your quick response and excellent service through everything that has transpired. Ashley in the leasing office was amazing when showing me an apartment for a possible transfer. She has excellent customer service skills and was delightful. Cindy Smith has been so helpful and considerate. She goes out of her way to always make me feel welcomed when I visit the leasing office. I can tell that keeping her residents happy and comfortable are very important to her. What started out as a frustrating situation for me with the flood was turned around completely. I attribute that the great service provided by you, Cindy Smith and Ashley as well. You guys are the epitome of a team working well together to turn things around into a positive light. When Misty runs out of business cards, you should seriously consider revising her title from 'Leasing Supervisor' to 'On-Premise Rockstar', because in my mind, that's what she is. I've been in Austin Ranch for over three years now, and just moved into my fourth residence here. Both before signing my new lease as well as after signing my new lease she has been extremely accommodating, responsive and helpful, and always follows up on stuff that isn't even necessarily part of her duties. I'll stop ranting and raving, but I thought I'd just pass that along. I'm very happy here, I love my new townhouse and she's made the transition a very good one! more

Kassundra, Annabelle,and Haley have been amazing in their genuine care for meeting the needs of each situation I have had. They follow through with every detail. In such a large apt. community it is easy to feel "not important" but they counter that with personal attention to each resident - at least that is my experience more

I just really loved the model and the kitchen in the model was perfect; and since I love to cook I will be spending most of my time there. You and your team were really helpful. more

Ashley has just been so wonderful. Her personality is very charming yet very professional. Having 20 salons in dallas area, we were always looking for people like her to work in with us. I just wanted to send you a quick note about my upgrade experience. Chad and his team were absolutely great. Chad followed up with me everyday to let me know what was going on. My upgrade took place when we had the 4 days of ice and snow and still everything went very smoothly. Granted it was a little delayed due to pipes bursting in other apartments. But, Chad made sure I knew what was going on everyday and when they would be able to start up again. Chad and his team were great to work with. more

As everybody knows, moving is hectic and is not always easy to find the perfect apartment to live in. I am a single mom and pet owner, therefore, my demands for the next place where my family would live were quite substantial - large apartment, huge patios or yard, lots of storage spaces, overlooking something pretty.. :), well Angel met all of my requirements, making me very happy. Angel, provided me with her cell phone, and regardless on when I contacted her (while she was on her days off, or after hours), Angel made sure that she answered all my questions, and then worked on getting the things requested done, thus building a trustful relationship. Yesterday Angel texted me and said to go to the office & put the deposit down if I really wanted the place she showed me, I went and did exactly what she suggested because I trusted her. That proved to be the right thing to do, because after showing up at the office and writing the check for the deposit, a couple walked in decided on "my" apartment. Angel's "gut feeling" saved me the trouble of going around and finding another apartment. I would recommend Angel to anyone that is looking for the perfect apartment, especially, to those hard to please people., Thank you Angel! You were great!! more

I hope all is well with you! It is an absolutely gorgeous Friday and I only wish that I was out enjoying it! But tomorrow is supposed to be exceptional too so that will work! Hey! I want to take a moment and commend the Sales and Service Staff that you have at Austin Ranch. I am approaching my 2 year anniversary at Austin Ranch and have to say that your Staff was not only extremely helpful in finding me an apartment that worked for me but also made me feel welcome. I work out and use the computers at Austin Ranch and am in the Lodge quite a bit during the week. I always not only get a smile from everyone there but a verbal 'hello' and 'how are you doing'? I am in the sales and customer service business and obviously interface in my personal life with them and I have not been around a total group that seems not only happy to see me but is always very helpful in anything that I deal with. Cindy, I just want to say that whatever you are doing at Austin Ranch, keep it up! It has certainly made me think twice about moving to another complex! more
