I recently contacted Aaron's to repair and refinish an old chair. I was told that my satisfaction was guaranteed. Upon completion, there was a spot in the finish that I asked to be blended or corrected. I was told that because I negotiated a reduced cost for the project, I would have to pay to have it fixed, contrary to what was originally communicated. I also was invoiced for more than the agreed upon amount, despite the original communication that stated that all repairs were included in the price. Overall, the piece looks nice but the customer service by Chad at the end was dismal and his communication regarding the touch up was rude.
