Edge is a respectful place where people with pro cards, sport-specific athletes, and absolute beginners mix together and everyone values the same thing -- hard work. No one cares what you can or can't do or lift, as long as YOU care.
Pros: nice people; clean; very motivating place; lots of knowledge
Cons: none -- maybe having to buy new clothes when you transform
