Amazing is the only word to describe the studio and the certified instructors. Pilates is truly a total body workout and after a few sessions my flexibility, coordination, stamina, strength and posture improved. The benefits have been truly life changing. The Pilates method is ideal and requires you to engage virtually your whole body. The moves take lots of concentration so you’re engaged mentally as well as physically and then, for every move your think you’ve mastered, Pilates has another version that’s a little different and a little harder. It’s always challenging – never boring. Once you try it, you’re hooked!
