Think twice before you schedule an appointment with this awful company. I had a bad experience with them and I can honestly say that they are one of the rudest companies I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
To summarize my experience - I booked a morning appointment with All-Star 8 days in advance and received a confirmation of the appointment via email...then they failed to show up on the day (after I waited at home for them from 9am-12pm). I called All-Star to find out what was going on and the gentleman I spoke to was unapologetic and opted to hang up on me rather than work to resolve the issue. Hardly the sign of a good company that wants to do right by their customers!
Apparently, my appointment (despite being CONFIRMED via email) had been cancelled because they couldn't find a phone number for me. This is a particularly weak excuse given that I had entered my phone number on their website at least twice (once when applying for the quote and again when scheduling the appointment). Also, I had multiple email exchanges with All-Star prior to my appointment and they had my name+address and other details. If they had a problem and had lost my phone number (who knows...website bug perhaps? incompatibility with latest version of Chrome/IE web browsers?) they had plenty of other ways to get in touch with me.
They claimed to have me an email about this problem and cancellation, but I never received such an email (despite receiving all of their other emails with no problems). Good luck talking to them about it - they don't care as they don't value customers, honor appointments, and they sure as heck don't want to do anything to make up for bad experiences. I suggested that they should be sending someone out that afternoon to do the work (given that they had wasted my morning) and I was promptly hung up on.
Hardly the signs of a professional company.
