Hi Pet Wash! This is a really nice small place that makes it easy for those of us who are in the area for work to drop of our pets. I live in the valley, but come out to L.A. to work, so it's convenient for me to leave my pet and come back. Good service, ample parking, and my pet is happy. Sounds good to me :). I've been bringing my dog here for a few yrs and they do a great haircut every time! Even when. I bring him in super knotted they manager to create the perfect cut for him and he is so soft and smells great! Easy parking and easy to book appointments more

It's really easy for me to bring my dog here as I live nearby. the staff are always friendly and I get to wash Honey myself rather then having to trust someone else to do it. Check it out! more

Excellent Service! 8/10/2011

I have been going here for years now. My dog loves the atmosphere and always comes home in a good mood. Where other dog walkers/groomers treat their ""clients"" just as a meal ticket, Johnny and Ty truly take an interest in knowing and caring for the the dogs in their care. I recommend them to everyone who cares about their pet. You really get your money?s worth on the dog walking and overnight stays. I have used other kennels prior and it takes my dog a week to forgive me when I get back to town. With Johnny and Ty she doesn't want to come home!! I highly recommend them!!! more

Very knowledgable ,skilled staff, their advice is always helpful, for instance, my adorable Shih Tzu had an allergy .We wore helpless , non of the drugs , prescribed by several veterinarians helped , so i shared my concerns with young lady , who works at the front desk, she recommended to switch to a gluten free dog food. Since then ,my dog is healthy and i'm happy. I take Snowflake to the shop every other week, to keep him clean and groomed. I love the convenience , the place is 5 miles away from my home.Plus prices are very reasonable .I 'm definitely, recommending it to every pet owner . more

Noodle Loves It! 6/6/2010

I have been taking my French Bulldog Noodle here for a several months now and I really love it! The service is personal and professional. The groomers know what they are doing a take time with our dog. As a dog lover we all know that its like my kid....so making sure I take it to a trusted place is necessary. I would definitely give it a try when you start to look for the right place to take your dog! Pros: Really Care! Cons: Can't find one. more

I don?t know what these people below are talking about! I have been taking my golden retriever Tyson and Maltese Colby to The Pet wash for the last year and everything has been amazing. The staff is super nice and they really take the time to make sure my boys look great. They always fit me into there schedule since I am a last minuet type of person and i would highly recommend the entire staff. Pros: super nice staff and my pups always look great. more

They shouldn't be anywhere near animals 4/28/2010

We sent in our dogs to get shaved for the summer and we got them back traumatized and injured. They hid for the first few days but after that, we realized how bad the situation was when scabs formed on their necks and sides. The groomer tried to hide this by putting a large bow around the larger dog's neck. Their fur is now growing in patchy but some spots are bald. I went in as soon as I could during the day {they close randomly at night} and was told that my dogs could have gotten those injuries anywhere. We were not refunded and nothing was done to smooth out this matter. Every time we are within a block of this place, our dogs get diarrhea. Pros: conveniently located Cons: careless staff, disorganized, long wait,freaked out pets etc more

Don't waste your time at this place 11/24/2009

Don't waste your time and find a real place to take care of grooming for your dog. No up front pricing, quality of service is terrible, not a good wash and I was so displeased with my dog's cut here. After the cut my dogs hair, in few spots they cut so deep, that hair is not growing there like it used to. My dogs coat looks uneven because of two bald spots on the sides. A bad pet grooming experience can ruin a pet's coat, traumatize your pet, and even injure, so choose the right pet grooming. if you decide to take your dog here also make sure you confirm the price up front or they will pull a fast one on you. Pros: No Cons: quality, bad customer service. more

A great place to groom your dog - if it's open 11/14/2008

I like this place alot for being pretty much the only place where you can bring your dog and wash it yourself in the tub. The people are pretty nice and let you take as much time as you want. The only problem with this place is -- they seem to be open 'when they feel like it."" I have gone by multiple times and it's just randomly closed. this was okay when I lived right nearby. But when I moved across town I actually more than once called and asked when they would be open to, they said 6, I drove all the way over there with the dog and guess what, it's closed. One time I went and the guy was about to close as I got there, and i was like, what is the deal here, he admitted they close if it's not busy and let me wash my dog. pretty awkward if you are coming a long way. Pros: Self wash, cleanliness, okay staff Cons: Closed at random times more

First time visit .. . .... .. . 4/14/2007

I made an appointment via the phone. When I dropped off my dog, I was THEN told there is a there hour window to complete their services. Why even schedule an appointment. I still feel kinda guilty leaving my dog cramped in a cage for that long. Furthermore, when I went into the back room where they wash the animals, it was PACKED FULL of whimpering pets. It was a tad disturbing. But my dog is clean and soft. Hope this helps. Pros: Clean pet. Cons: Not a very informative staff. more

Get a great haircut! 2/13/2007

Alex and his doggie hair stylists always give my 2 chows great haircut during summer, groom them for a beautiful coat in winter. Their shed-less stuff really works, and smells great. Good location, easy parking, very friendly and fair pricing. more

This dog grooming facility personally caters to all clients. They purchased items with me in mind. I would highly recommend this for your pet. I have used them since I purchased my dog in January. They helped recommend food, flea medications (and administered them as well no charge), a bed, toys and everything else. It is a one stop pet shop. more

Big waste of time 9/28/2005

I took my cat there to be groomed and they told me to come back in 2hrs. I came back 2.5 hrs later and they hadn't even started on him! Very annoying. That's why I made an appointment. more
