Chef Pelle catered my dinner party and the menu he helped to create was delicious! My guests and I devoured his mushrooms stuffed w/gingered chicken and cilantro, and the aqua vit fennel cured salmon crustini. The main dinner included fresh grouper steamed in banana leaf w/ginger and shitake mushrooms, and lobster stuffed filet mignon w/aged gorgonzola that I and my guests were very pleased with. Pelle is very professional and his prices were better than the other caterer's I contacted.
