"The service advisors at JM Porsche assisted me when I dropped the car off for repair at Jim Ellis Collision. I had to drop the car off on a sat. at Jim Ellis Porsche and the service advisors delivered the car for me on Monday morning to the collision center. Due to logistical problems I had to pick the car up several weeks later at Jim Ellis porsche on a sat. instead of at the Collision center. A minor repair was needed to complete the work which was done by Jim Ellis Porsche that sat. morning. The service advisor called me when the repair was completed. The collision center contact, Janet Mixer, kept me informed in a timely manner via phone and email about the status of the car as it was being repaired and was most helpful in getting the car sent back over to JM porsche when it was complete. She also informed of the minor repair that would done by the JM porsche that sat. morning. The collision center volunteered to absorb the cost of the repair done by the dealer since they had already confirmed the car was completely repaired and I had already paid them. (push rods on the convertible top were cracked) All of the service advisors at both JM Porsche and the Collision center were most helpful and made the task of delivering and retrieving the car on a sat. much easier than I had anticipated.
