I've lived here since December of last year and this is my first apartment with my husband who is in the military. In the beginning they're awesome until you sign the lease. When we moved in they were lax getting our move in costs, we gave them the check and then were told two weeks later that instead of owing 1200 to move we now owed 1450 and a hundred dollars in utilities. Then come to find out the stupid bimbo was looking at the wrong appartment account and we only owed 1025 to move in. Then a month later i had a family emergency and was told that i could split my rent and pay half that day and half on the fifteenth. Two days later, when we have a 4 day grace period, we got a pay or quit notice. When i went down to fix the problem and rip the office a new one, they said they would up hold my original agreement and everything would be fine, Then the next day we got an eviction notice to pay them the rest plus late fees by 9am the next morning. It was embarassing to be a responsible adult and still have to run to family to fix the problem. The staff is flaky and a pain... I've come to find out that this type of stuff has been happening to alot of MILITARY families. I think its absolutely insane that my husband fights with his life overseas for this country but our own management is screwing us out of his hard earned money. Pros: Large Dogs are allowed Cons: Horrible Management, Unsafe, Unreliable, not worth the price more

just to want update,,, they still have lot of problems..... NO HDD or Comcast... if you choose, Bldg 5,6,7,and 8 you will not find a parking after 3 PM. and they charge $50.00 + just to rent the Club House and no alcohol. There is only one thing is good,, that is, it?s close by Hwy 80 and Hwy 680, that?s all. You will hear lot fire truck and bikers. Management will tell you all the good stuff and will give you some discount on 1st or 2nd month to get you in,,, but after that it?s all you??? if you calculate the total month rate by year lease you still can find a cheaper place somewhere else? more

If you want to live at a place where you have to try really hard to get HD tv, this is the place for you. The FCC passed a rule that no one can be forced by contract to use a specific provider. Bridgeport gives you Dish and Direct TV. No cable allowed because they would need to pay for a little work to run the Comcast cable. Also the management team has seen many changes, incapable service people, just fix things yourself if you can, they never come on time and they do not get it done. Also you will have to sign a waiver that they are not liable for damage to cars, residency, etc. Then guess what, the lights in the entire place except for one building are off at 5am, good time for things to go wrong. But management will tell you there is a timer, but what they fail to think about is that there is one building with lights on. THis place is not worth the $1350 for a one bedroom. Its because they charge you about $100 a month for trash, water, and other fees. Then you have to pay PGE, television providers, oh yae, and they just dropped the affordable insurance throught the apartment community. Just go rent a house, this place is a nickle and dimer, and a frustrating place to be locked into. Pros: Decent pool, even though it is usually dirty Cons: State of the art gym, is not state of the art, rather cheap more
