I wanted to like these people, I chose to buy from them even though others warned me they could be difficult. I felt I could deal with them, I was wrong. \r
The owners are not pleasant people. They can be rude and condescending to their customers. The owner refused to tell me what the product numbers were when I wanted to comparison shop, and was mad at me for not buying from them. It turns out their supplies and parts are a 1/3 to half more expensive than many other places and online. \r
I bought a new hot tub from them for the warranty, my tub needed service twice during the first year. They make it so very difficult and challenging to be their customers by accusing me of improperly operating the tub, or not knowing what I was doing, or just being plain insulting. Each time they came to fix something, I was right, they were wrong, and they didn't apologize.\r
They billed me for a repair that they did improperly. After a repair I found parts outside the tub that hadn't been installed, yet when it leaked and I asked them to come back, they insisted it was done correctly and it was my fault, and charged me for the repair (which I had not authorized and should have been under warranty)\r
Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
