I sent my wife there to get her tire patched...terrible idea. They told her that they were unable to patch the tire and that she would need a new one, and were unable to put the tire back on and let her go. Then, the ""manager"" said that they were also unable to put only one new tire on and that she had to replace all 4! She got sucker into the whole deal and informed me of it right before leaving. These guys are crooks and the worst kind in my opinion! Men who take advantage of women like this are dishonorable human beings. more

I've used them for two sets of expensive tires and was completly satisfied with the service. They met my appointment on time and had me out and on the road quickly. Also, I picked up a nail and they were happy to fix it a no charge. more

Honest service 10/19/2009

I had two of my tires checked out at the Roswell location and I was already prepared to purchase replacements. A rep there, Chris, came our and looked at the tires with me. He told me what he thought the issue was and that he would call to let me know once the tires were removed. They were able to repair both tires and replace 2 valve stems for around $27. A dishonest person could have talked me into purchasing two tires at $150 each. I really appreciate the honesty and the good customer service. I know where I will go the next time I have automotive needs. Pros: Honest advice more

Great price on tires but...... they will always try to put extra charges on your invoice, please be careful and do not let them charge you any extra...... more
