For never having completely full occupancy, Wyndchase definitely charges more than supply and demand would dictate.
The townhouses are fairly well made, though our front windows would like during rainstorms. And despite repeated requests to maintenance, the weather seal at the bottom of our front door was never replaced (you could see the outdoors if you got on your hands and knees. Also, the office hours are very inconvenient for working people- 9am to 5pm. So you are SOL if a package is delivered that needs a signature, or if you realize you are locked out when you get home from work.
But they are spacious and relatively new, so none of the old apartment problems (though they are definitely moving in that direction due to settling and limited warranties).
I'd look around before committing to this- or at least get a signing deal. But all in all, decent place to live and conveniently located.
