Best restaurant we have been to in Utah, including a few in Salt Lake City and a coule in St. George. Personal service by a European chef, small menu of superbly cooked food and occasionally venison or elk. Interesting location in Silver Reef - is the only restaurant in this whole area that is worth going to at least 5 or 6 times a year - and we have a 40 mile drive to get there. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
